Q. I received my membership number, how do I get my username and password?
At the top right hand side of the website is an option called "Need/Forgot" Username. Please select Need and it will walk you through entering your information and choosing a username and password.
Q. What happens when I sign up... do I get an email?
Yes. When you sign up you will receive an email with details about your membership. This will be sent to the email you used when you joined IdentitySecure. If for any reason your email address is invalid a membership kit will be sent to the mailing address you provided when you joined the service.
Q. Can the password have symbols or spaces?
It can have symbols, but no spaces. Upper or lower case does not matter.
Q. I signed up using the wrong email address, what do I do?
You should still be able to login with your selected username and password. If you do not have this information please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you make necessary changes.
Q. I received an error message after logging in.
We apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the instructions outlined under the error message. If they do not help please try logging in again and if the problem persists, call our Customer Service department at 1-888-344-9406, from 10 am to 7 pm Eastern Time
Q. Why can't I get my Public Information Profile when I click on "View Your PIP Report"?
Most likely your Internet browser has a pop-up blocker program that does not let the PIP window open. Turn off the pop-up blocking and then trying to get your PIP. Please contact us at the membership support email of phone number on the contact us page if this does not work for you.
