Q. How do I access the members-only site?
Enter your username and password in the entry fields at the top right.
Q. Is the Public Records Report available for citizens of other countries?
Unfortunately we can only generate Public Records Report for American citizens at this time. We plan to add service for other countries in the future.
Q. How long will it take to get my Public Records Report?
A Public Records Report normally takes between one to six hours to compile, depending on the reporting time of the data sources. Very occasionally, a Public Records Report will take additional hours to compile. Please contact us again if you have not received your Public Records Report within 24 hours.
Q. How often should I obtain an additional Public Records Report?
The content of your Public Records Report will change over time to reflect changes to your public records. Therefore, we recommend ordering a Public Records Report every four to six months to check for accuracy, and to spot changes to your public record that might be the result of identity theft or mistaken identity. Your first Public Records Report report is included as a benefit of your IdentitySecure membership. And as a member you can order additional reports at a discount.
